앞으로는 보다 신중하게 처신해서 이런 사고편지를 쓰는 일이 없도록 해야겠다!!!

Dear Chet and Bob:

Hello.

First, I would like to apologize to you both for the Dec. 23rd/24th incident that I caused you.
I am sorry.
I am too embaressed to appear in the office to see you face-to-face, so I am writing this email so at least I tell you what happened to me the day before yesterday.
I hope you forgive me even though I guess it will be hard for you to forgive a behaviour like mine.

For whatever reasons, the fact that I said 'yes' then not follow up the the saying is inexcusable not to say is an un-gentleman-like behavour.
I appreciated what you have done for me for the last year or so.

As you know from my recent emails, I changed my mind to keep the boat rather than sell it.
And I have been thinking various ways of getting it back to Korea wherre I live.
Including all those advices that I got from Cruiser's Forum and others, I have changed my mind further.

And I heard there is a potential buyer to my boat after I arrived in Annapolis a few days ago.
I have to confess that I was quite confused.
I have been thinking and focused on getting back the boat, and suddenly I faced a possiblity to sell the boat.
One of the strong advice I got from the above forum is to sell the boat.
So, even though I was trying to prep the boat for trasporting to nearby port I also had to think of selling.

And among all these hasty situation I made a hasty decision to sell the boat and finalized on the price.
Then as Bob went to get a renewed contract to sign, I had a change of mind.
Bob did not return as he said he would, and after waiting several hours, I made a call to his cellphone and he would not receive nor return my call the same day.
So, after spending the night still thinking more on the subject, I realized that I want to keep the boat and spend more time with it whether or not that decision is an unwise one.
So, I called in the 24th morning and made a recording of the fact that I changed my mind on Bob's phone.

Soon afterwards, Bob called me back and we talked.
I am very sorry and apolize to Bob for what he had to go thru especially on a Christmas eve day.

I think I will get a bad reputation in this nice town of sailing.
I hope not, but I know I deserve it.
Again I am hoping you forgive me in the spirit of Christmas season even though I do not believe in Christianity.

Yours sincerely,
