Hello, to those who contributed to this thread. Here is the update of what is happening. (1) I arrived in the US, and at Annapolis where the boat is. (2) I decided to transport the boat to Korea, and sail/cruise/fix the boat there in my own space and time without having to do something unwanted just days before I left Korea as I was wrapping up my duties there and thinking more clearly. (3) So, I began to check out quote to ship the boat to Korea or Japan. I found on my way to Annapolis, it is better to ship the boat from Baltimore which is real near Annapolis than from LA area. Physically less damaging and less costier in terms of money. So, I am in the selection mode for a shipping company to transport my boat. Lewis Specialized Trucking graciously agreed to reroute the truck's initial route towards Baltimore thus utilizing my deposit that was already paid. (4) on the day I arrived, I met a broker who told me there is a potential client who checked my obat three times and want to make an offer that night. I received the offer which is not bad, but does not really do justice to the money I invested. Since I am not in a hurry to fly towards Hawaii on this boat, I will give him a week for test sailing and surveying the boat. But, I have to add that I really do not want to part with my boat...
