200811: Delaware Registration

I have purchased a boat overseas and registed it in DL. Was a straight forward process literally a peice of paper and Bill of sale sent (picture from phone sent to an Email) in and the Deleware fish and Wildlife will handle it no problems.

*DO NOT* go through a service to do this. They will cost 3 times as much and take 3 times as long. I was definitely taken advantage and once I called the Fish and Wildlife I learned about the process and sorted it through them.
